Kevin Chan

Case Manager & Personal Injury Specialist
Originally born in Hong Kong, I moved to New York City at the age of 14, where I learned firsthand the resilience and determination required to navigate a new life in America. My professional journey began in the field of opticianry, a career that demanded meticulous attention to detail and a high level of patient care—skills that remain at the core of my work today.

Eight years ago, I transitioned into the world of personal injury law, bringing a unique perspective to the team at the Jongwon Yi Law Firm. Over the course of my career, I have successfully managed over 500 cases, gaining extensive experience across a wide spectrum of personal injury claims. Whether dealing with complex medical documentation or negotiating tough settlements, I have seen nearly every tactic in the book.

My primary goal is to ensure that my clients are treated with the respect and fairness they deserve. I understand the strategies insurance companies use to undervalue claims, and I make it my mission to ensure they don't "low-ball" the people I represent.

Being fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin , I am proud to bridge the communication gap for our diverse community, ensuring that every client’s voice is heard and their rights are protected. At Jongwon Yi, I am dedicated to figuring out the best path forward for your recovery both physically and financially.

Mr. Yi is proud of the bigger cases but he is just as proud to represent the small cases. Mr. Yi is a member of the Korean American Bar Association’s Board of Directors and has been since 2001. Mr. Yi is also an Eagle member of the Washington State Association of Justice.
